For the company director and their family

Our goal is to take care of you, your family and your company. As a specialised insurance intermediary, we therefore take our duty of care very seriously. That is why we only propose solutions that we ourselves understand 100%, and whose results we will assess together with you in the years ahead.

What is our step-by-step plan?
For the step-by-step plan for you as a company director, see here.
For the step-by-step plan for your employees, we work as follows:
- 1
Information phase
We start from a blank sheet and the question 'what do you want?'. We analyse your workforce on the basis of job titles, job descriptions and payroll files. You give us insight into the group insurance and medical expenses policies already in force.
- 2
Analysis phase
Based on your needs, we draw up a budget and possibly already a first quote. We check which insurers are of interest, or are themselves interested in a possible policy. We find out which Joint Committee your company belongs to and map out any supplementary pensions already insured there.
- 3
Project phase
Our vast experience and knowledge of the market mean you quickly take steps in the right direction. Based on the analysis of the solution that suits you best, we propose one or more solutions. Life Experts looks not only at the product features but also at the later management of the plan. We explain all the features of the chosen product, all its advantages and disadvantages, the risks and the level of security it offers your company. Because we are independent, we present quotes from different insurers. Only when everything is clear do we move on to the next step.
- 4
Decision phase
In this phase a plan rules document or policy is drawn up and reviewed together. We decide when the plan will start and how it will be communicated to your employees. During this step we may still need to ask you for some information and documents required to draw up the contract.
- 5
Communication phase
In this phase, which by law usually has to come before the decision, your employees are informed. Life Experts can support you with a presentation or personalised documents. In this phase employees can also ask questions, for example in the context of cafeteria plans or about the consequences for a hospitalisation insurance they took out personally.
- 6
Contract phase
Signing the contract is the moment to check together with you that everything meets your expectations. Together with your employees' enrolments, it is submitted to the insurer as one package.
- 7
Follow-up phase
We keep taking the worry off your company and any HR staff you have. It is important to check together regularly whether the advice given still matches your needs. If necessary, we look at other solutions together. If your contract no longer meets your needs, we guide you through adjusting it. We also inform you proactively if certain elements of your contract were to change. If employees are entitled to a payout (disability, unemployment, death, pension, …), we stand by you and by them.
