Estimated Statutory Pension for the 80% Rule
The GWP or estimated statutory pension (*) that is used in the 80% rule depends on the status of the person concerned and/or the tax year for which the calculation was made.
Please note:
- given that the statutory pension ceilings change during the course of the year, and not all insurers apply such change(s) immediately, the ceiling applied by the insurer may deviate from the tables alongside.
- The minimum pension in principle also varies according to whether it concerns a family pension, single person's pension or survivor's pension. We do not take this into account in this context.
