You recently received, or will soon receive, an email from RIZIV (the national health and disability insurance institute) regarding the insurance contract") linked to your MyRiziv environment. You will find an anonymized example of this message attached. Only if you do not recognize the contract mentioned in the email, or have questions about it, please contact Life Experts. As you know, Life Experts has a mandate on your MyRiziv environment and we can carry out the necessary corrections and checks together with you. We also proactively check your contract during the course of the year.
If you do not yet have a RIZIV contract, or if you wish to give Life Experts a management mandate for your existing MyRiziv environment, just give us a heads up.
