What the COVID year 2020 taught us is that online appointments will continue to have lasting value. Although live meetings are indispensable, online meetings represent an important time saving for both parties. We experience this ourselves, and we are also getting more and more requests from clients to consult in this way. This makes sense too, since we can more easily check something, or see along the way whether our study is on the right track. By sharing screens with each other, these online meetings are extremely well suited to sharing information and properly carrying out our advisory role. Experience shows that online meetings are more frequent and also shorter. So extremely well suited to staying in close contact with each other.
Because we are fully committed to digitalisation, our clients or partner brokers can now also schedule an online meeting themselves with their advisor, at a time that suits them best. Our calendars are now open via our online booking module. This makes scheduling much simpler and avoids the back-and-forth emailing normally needed to find a good time to meet. A booked meeting is added both to the guest's calendar and to our own calendar. The guest can then also invite third parties to this online meeting. Everyone receives a friendly reminder the day before the meeting.
